10 Years Calle Libre

10 years - 10 days - 10 artists - 10 walls

Under the title "DIEZ - Years of Transformation" the Calle Libre Festival 2023 into its 10th edition. It's time to reflect on the past and look to the future at the same time.
In keeping with the anniversary, the festival will for the first time extend over 10 days! 10 artists from all over the world give color to the 16th district and their own conception of social, economic and ecological transformation of the past ecological transformation of the past and coming 10 years.

UN Headquarters Painting

Even before the official start of the festival, one of the largest walls Vienna has to offer will be transformed into a colorful work of art: an international artist will realize his/her interpretation of one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals on one of the 50 m high exterior walls of the UNO City. The nearly 1000 m2 wall will be a lighthouse project of the 10th Calle Libre Festival and Street Art in Vienna.
