Rarities Market in the Botanical garden of the University of Vienna

To kick off the gardening season, the Rarities Exchange invites plant lovers and garden enthusiasts to the Botanical Garden of the University of Vienna. From Friday to Sunday, visitors can purchase unusual plant rarities off the mass assortment for garden, balcony and raised bed.

The bourse gathers numerous suppliers of selected rarities and special assortments, who can advise you on the right choice of plants: From wildflowers to vegetable plants, perennials and woody plants to roses, cacti and orchids, plant lovers will find everything their hearts desire.

For the physical well-being gastro stations provide, which spoil the palate with biological and regionally produced specialities.

For families and children, the Botanical Garden's Green School offers an entertaining hands-on program of crafts and research.
