The Tractatus Odyssey - 100 years of the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus

In August 1918, while on his final leave from the front, Ludwig Wittgenstein dictated the final version of his logico-philosophical treatise, a work that later attained worldwide fame under the title "Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus" and influenced countless works of literature, music, painting, architecture and film. The life of the Viennese philosopher, the creation of the Tractatus and its impact on the cultural history of the 20th and 21st centuries is traced in Wittgenstein House with numerous original documents.
