A cheerful tribute to two brilliant songwriters: Gerhard Bronner and Georg Kreisler were friends at first, but later fell out. Both were born in Vienna in 1922, both had to flee the city and both returned. They earned their living through entertainment. Gerhard Bronner, born in Favoriten, wrote songs such as „Der g'schupfte Ferdl" and „Der Papa wird's schon richten", while Georg Kreisler penned „Taubenvergiften" and „Wien ohne Wiener".
