Brandee Younger is one of the most celebrated jazz artists of our time. The harpist, composer, and bandleader is rewriting the history of her instrument in jazz, incorporating R&B, soul, funk, and hip-hop into her music.
For her Konzerthaus debut, Brandee Younger will present her latest album, Brand New Life, with her trio. It is a tribute to the legendary Dorothy Ashby, who was considered a pioneer of jazz harp in the 1960s. An evening of multifaceted music!
