Family

On July 13, 2025, the Museum of Military History (HGM), together with the Foto Arsenal Wien and the Film Museum, invites you to a family festival at the Arsenal from 10 am to 7 pm. Young visitors will discover history in a playful way during puzzle rallies through the Museum of Military History, they can create their own moving images while making wonder discs, and exciting image compositions can be created on photographic paper using various materials and plants.

Experience stations in the Arsenal:
face painting, paper airplane making, horseshoe throwing and archery for all, giant bouncy castle, giant slide, nostalgia carousel and adventure course with catapult shooting, horse-drawn sleighs and more.
