Serapions Theater's new play about the state we accept as reality.
Serapions Theater poetically and ironically sketches a modern society in its way of life: the stories we tell ourselves, the behavior we exemplify and the images we convey to ourselves. Images in which we believe we recognize ourselves and which we reproduce again and again. We create conditions and scenarios that are seemingly impossible to escape.
What we see is a city undergoing redevelopment between buildings and artifacts to which no one belongs anymore - in it a society under compulsion to repeat itself, in which even our utopias are contaminated by a lack of prospects. A doomsday scenario seems more tangible than a change in our way of life.
