Family

Sisi, the Empress of Austria, traveled a lot throughout Europe. Because there were no cars or airplanes yet, she had to travel in carriages. She drove up in a golden carriage at her coronation. Her children could play in a tiny children's carriage that looked just like the big one.
Empress Elisabeth was also famous for her beauty and elegance. Some of her great dresses with meter-long trains can be seen, as well as the pictures showing her with her fabulous hair. There is also an exciting mystery to solve: discover a dress that Sisi may have worn at her wedding.
