Trained on the virtuoso paraphrases of her role model Franz Liszt, she has arranged the string sextet in an intoxicating version for piano full of evocative sounds, taking all necessary freedom. The program also includes transcriptions from the symphonies by Gustav Mahler, who was described as a "saint" by Arnold Schönberg.
