Vergessen / Zamponmění

Erasure and forgetting are firmly part of the physiological processes of our perception. They are part of the individual and the collective memory. They influence our being, they shape our identity.

Vergessen /Zamponmění shows four artistic positions from Austria, the Czech Republic and Germany, which open doors to the contemplation of the topic of "forgetting and remembering" with very different strategies and concepts. What dimension does forgetting have in the individual and the familial? What dimension does forgetting have in the social and political?
