The Easter market in front of Schönbrunn Palace is considered one of the most romantic Easter markets. In front of the baroque backdrop of the palace, 70 exhibitors offer all kinds of culinary delights as well as decorative Easter ornaments and handicrafts from Austria.
To make the wait for the Easter Bunny a little shorter, children can make creative spring arrangements in the Easter Bunny Workshop or model cute Easter bunnies and Easter lambs out of marzipan. Together with the market mascot Roberta Huhn, children solve tricky puzzle games and take part in fun games at the annual join-in rally.
On Holy Saturday, the popular Easter Bunny Quiz will also take place in Schönbrunn, where Roberta Huhn will be waiting for the children with a little surprise. Another highlight this year is once again the carousel, which consists of old, courtly found objects and is made to run exclusively by your own physical effort.
The lively market hustle and bustle is accompanied every weekend and also on Easter Monday by Easter jazz and swing sounds in the form of live concerts and thus ensures a good mood for young and old.
